Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for registering for a product tour or other services from RMB travels. You should read the terms and conditions below clearly before registering. By continuing and making a reservation and paying a deposit, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the conditions below.
TOUR BOOKING
Registration of tour participants can be done by phone & email listed on the website https://rmbbersamatravel.com/
. Tour prices, visas, airport taxes, fuel surcharges are subject to change at any time with/without prior notice, if there is a change in the exchange rate or an increase in flight fares.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
• Registration by attaching a passport that is still valid for at least 6 months (for certain routes at least 1 year) and a tour fee deposit of IDR 5,000,000/participant or according to the selected travel program plus visa fees (if any).
• Payment via transfer is made to the account of PT Fiwi Lestari Internasional.
• Payments are made in Rupiah currency, with the amount stated without any bank fees or other charges.
• Payment of tour costs must be made no later than 14 days before the departure date (down payment/deposit is non-refundable/cannot be returned to participants).
• Registration or reservation of a place made by telephone will be subject to payment of the deposit or full payment along with a passport no later than 2 days after the reservation/registration date.
• Registrations made less than 15 days before the departure date must immediately pay the tour fee.
TOUR COST INCLUDES:
• Round trip economy class air ticket (non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-reroutable based on group fare or other promotional price). Unless previously stated that the flight ticket fee is not included.
• Accommodation in international standard hotels based on 2 (two) people in one room (twin sharing).
• Tour events, transportation (in the form of a group) along with all entrance tickets, according to the listed travel events.
• Meals as stated in the itinerary. (MP – Breakfast; MS – Lunch; MM – Dinner).
• Free baggage is a maximum of 1 piece with a maximum weight of 20 kg and 1 small handbag to be carried into the aircraft cabin, or in accordance with the regulations of the airline used.
• One beautiful bag for each participant.
• Tour leader from RMB travels.
TOUR FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• Airport tax, fuel surcharge, flight insurance and other taxes applicable in the country/place visited.
• Cost of making travel documents such as: passport, visa, entry permit etc.
• Personal expenses such as: mini bar, telephone, room service, laundry, additional food and drinks and other personal expenses.
• Additional tours (optional tours) that may be held during the trip.
• Additional hotels / hotel upgrades from those already arranged during the trip.
• Travel insurance.
• Excess baggage (excess baggage fee over 20 kg).
• Import duty fees for goods subject to import duty by the authorities in Jakarta and in the countries visited.
• Single supplement fee for participants occupying 1 room alone.
• Tips for porters at the hotel and airport (if any).
• Tips for local guides, local drivers, restaurant waiters and tour leaders (standard tips information will be provided in the Important Things for Participants section before departure).
• PPN 1.1%

CHANGES & EXTENSIONS / DEVIATIONS / ADDITIONS / DEVIATIONS to travel routes outside the scheduled travel route:
• Allowed at least 1 month before the departure date or before the ticket is issued and the costs incurred will be charged to the participant.
• This can be done if the number of participants departing and returning has fulfilled the quota stipulated by the airline.
• RMB travels will try but does not guarantee confirmation of flights, hotels and so on if participants wish to make changes or extensions (deviations) from the original tour package schedule.
• If changes & extensions / deviations / additions / deviations to the travel route have been approved, fees will be charged according to the airline’s provisions and cannot be returned to the original schedule.
• If the deviation request cannot be approved by the airline, the participant will return to the original schedule.
• There will be no refund of tour costs for participants who deviate by shortening the tour or for participants who do not use the services that have been prepared.
• Unused airline tickets cannot be refunded (non-refundable).
CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL / CHANGE OF DEPARTURE DATE / CHANGE OF TOUR EVENT
Unless otherwise stated in advance, the cancellation/withdrawal/change of departure date/change of tour program fees are as follows:
• After registration: Registration Deposit (non-refundable)
• This can be done if the number of participants departing and returning has fulfilled the quota stipulated by the airline.
• 30 – 15 calendar days before departure date: 50% of tour cost
• 14 – 06 calendar days before departure date: 75% of tour cost
• 05 calendar days before departure date: 100% of tour cost
The cancellation fees above also apply to:
• Participants who are late in providing complete visa requirements beyond the deadline determined by RMB travels and result in participants being unable to depart on time because their visa application is still being processed by the embassy.
RESPONSIBILITY :
• RMB travels always tries to provide the best and most responsible service during the trip, but as an implementer,
RMB TRAVELS AND ALL AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CANNOT BE SUE FOR:
• Accidents, damage, loss and delay in arrival of baggage or any inconvenience caused by airlines, hotels and other means of transportation. Replacement is based on the provisions of the airline or transportation service provider used.
• Failure, disruption and delay or cancellation of aircraft / trains / other means of transportation that causes loss of time, additional costs for changing hotels, air transportation or non-use of the visit visa already held by the tour participant.
• Loss of personal belongings, luggage, luggage left at the airport, hotel and criminal acts that befall tour participants during the trip.
• Changes to the itinerary due to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, lightning, hurricanes), declarations of war, war, embargoes, epidemics, terrorist acts, riots, labor strikes, demonstrations, airline bankruptcies, changes in applicable regulations and so on which are ‘Force Majeure’. (Force Majeure: An event that occurs beyond human control and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly). These provisions are subject to change at any time without prior notice, depending on the policies of the airlines, hotels & agents abroad.
• Any additional costs caused by ‘Force Majeure’.
• Refund of unused tour costs, hotel reservations, air transportation and others caused by ‘Force Majeure’.
• Death of a participant due to illness, accident, etc.
• And other causes of inconvenience beyond our control.
RMB TRAVELS AND ALL AGENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
• Cancel or postpone the departure date if the number of participants is less than the minimum number of participants according to each tour product.
• Postponing the departure date due to the airline’s ‘overbooked’ problem.
• Change (rotate) routes & travel events according to conditions & confirmation from airlines or based on hotel conditions in each city / country.
• Replacing hotels to be used because the hotel is full, etc. Or if during the tour period in the cities visited there is an exhibition / conference taking place, or the hotel offered is full, it will be replaced with other hotels of equal value in the nearest city or according to local conditions and confirmation.
• Ask tour participants to leave the group if the tour participants in question try to create a riot, disrupt the tour program, ask for things by force and provide incorrect information regarding the tour program, etc.
• Cancel the registration of tour participants who have not paid the down payment or full payment within the specified time limit.
VISA
• In terms of visa applications (if the travel route requires a visa), participants are willing to fulfill the complete document requirements according to the schedule and provisions of the Embassy.
• Each embassy/consulate has different provisions regarding supporting data requirements and the length of time it takes to make a visa, but we can help you with the visa application process (except for certain countries where you must apply yourself), but RMB travels does not guarantee that the application will be accepted/granted.
• According to the provisions of the Embassy, visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the Embassy.
• RMB travels is not responsible for additional costs or refunds of tour costs if it turns out that the participant experiences deportation or rejection from immigration authorities for any reason, including those caused by travel documents that do not meet the requirements, quarantine, immigration regulations, laws or needs that can cause disruption/damage to people and objects.
• Visa prices may change at any time without notice and follow the prevailing exchange rate or if there is a change in policy from the Embassy.
PASSPORT
• Each embassy/immigration office/consulate has different provisions regarding supporting data requirements and the length of time it takes to make a PASSPORT. We are not responsible for additional costs or the time it takes to complete the PASSPORT document.
• There will be no refund of tour costs or other forms of refund if the participant is deported or refused entry by local immigration authorities for any reason (even if they have a visa), including those caused by inadequate travel documents, quarantine, immigration regulations, laws or requirements that may cause disruption/damage to people and property.
RMB travels cannot provide refunds for rejected PASSPORT or VISA applications.
SPECIAL REQUEST
• If there are special requests such as food menus (vegetarian, diet etc.), adjacent / interconnected rooms, smoking rooms, airplane seats, wheelchair assistance, name changes, date changes, name spelling changes and others, please inform us at the time of tour booking (reservation) because these special requests require time for confirmation / availability from the hotel / flight / restaurant.
• For special requests, sometimes additional costs are required, for example, requests for seats on an airplane require additional costs from the airline.
OTHERS:
• For participants occupying a Triple Room (1 room occupied by 3 people), we do not guarantee that guests will get 3 separate beds, considering that the beds obtained depend on the existing hotel conditions (can be 1 bed / mattress only (ondol) / sofa bed / rollaway bed) and guests do not get a reduction in costs.
• Rooms available on some routes may be traditional rooms.
• For certain routes, hotels in some areas do not have air conditioning facilities.
• In some tours, tour participants are required to visit designated local shops and will be charged an additional fee if they do not visit them.
• Some of the attractions/tourism events offered are natural phenomena that can be predicted but cannot be guaranteed, so their availability depends on local weather and natural conditions. If they are not available during the tour due to natural conditions, there is no refund.
• For Tour Participants who are interested in taking an Optional Tour during the tour, they are required to take the program provided by RMB travels and its official partners.
• If a visa application is rejected, while the plane/train/ship or other transportation tickets as well as tourist attraction tickets and accommodation have been issued or paid for before the visa application is approved, due to the requirement related to the deadline determined by the airline or other supplier, then the visa fee cannot be refunded and the Participant will still be subject to cancellation and administration fines in accordance with the conditions related to the airline, hotel and agent abroad.
• For the convenience and smooth planning of the tour, RMB travels has the right to issue and pay for domestic/international airline tickets, trains, ships or other transportation, as well as entrance tickets to tourist attractions and accommodation without providing verbal or written confirmation to registrants who have made a deposit.
• The tour schedule can change at any time without reducing the contents of the tour according to conditions that permit.
• For registrants over 70 years old or participants who have limited limb or sensory functions or mental limitations, must be accompanied by a family member, friend or relative who will be responsible during the tour. Also required to have travel insurance

PACKAGE COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• Price does not include Tax and Fuel Surcharge (can still change at any time depending on the 3rd party)
• Prices do not include Jakarta Airport Tax, International Tax (if any), visa fees (if any) and personal travel insurance which may change at any time and will be adjusted to participants before departure.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, minibar etc.
• Additional tour fees
• Flight tickets (depending on the package selected)

SPECIAL REQUEST :
• If there are special requests such as food menus (vegetarian, diet, etc.), adjacent/interconnected rooms, airplane seats, etc., please inform us at the time of tour booking (reservation) because these special requests require time for confirmation/availability and are not guaranteed by the hotel/airline/restaurant.
ATTRACTION:
• The products sold by RMB travels are in collaboration with third parties (agents/suppliers) who provide the attractions.
• Booking confirmation can only be given by RMB travels after receiving payment from you / the customer. Seat availability is entirely the right of a third party.
• Products that have been booked cannot be cancelled unless information is received from the Attraction Supplier.
OTHERS:
• The minimum number of participants is 2 pax (people).
• Include a photocopy of your passport/ID card.
• Registration down payment is non-refundable and the minimum amount is IDR 1,000,000.00/participant.
• Booking/Reservation time is at least 3-7 working days before the departure schedule.
• In the case of visa applications (if any), Participants are willing to fulfill the completeness of the document requirements according to the schedule and provisions of the Embassy, and the visa fee must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the Embassy.
• Payment is made after booking/booking is confirmed.
• Participants will be charged a 100% Cancellation Fee if they cancel last minute (1 day before departure or on the day of departure).
• Travel itineraries are subject to change/rotation based on the conditions of each flight and hotel in each city/country.
• If during the package period an exhibition/conference is taking place in the cities visited, or the hotels offered are full, they will be replaced with other hotels of equal value in the nearest city.
• If there is a Force Majeure (conditions beyond control such as: loss, damage, disruption, delays in transportation, natural disasters, etc.) that can affect the event, the event will be changed and will be non-refundable.
• And the package cost does not include any additional expenses caused by Force Majeur.
• Deviation will be charged according to the conditions of the relevant airline.
• Prices are subject to change at any time by the hotel or without prior notice.
• By paying the down payment for the package registration fee, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms & conditions above. The complete Package Terms & Conditions apply as stated in the RMB Package program brochure / website

NOTES:
RMB TRAVELS and its agents may at any time change/adjust the tour program and hotels according to local conditions, both in terms of composition and sequence.
Prices listed on the website are subject to change at any time and are not binding. For the requirements for submitting a Visa to the Embassy, the Travel Insurance used is the Premier type.
